The law for the precedency of renewable energy (EEG), the energy industry law (EnWG) and the resulting prescriptions form the statutory framework for trading and decentral using of greengas. The result for the single producer and user of greengas is a complex structure of contracts with different partners to comply with all the requirements for the EEG-remuneration.

Furthermore it is required to attest the compatibility of the greengas to the natural gas distribution system. The compatibility must be proved permanently for the operator of the gas distribution system.

To comply with these requirements ALENSYS AG offers a professional contract management and an organised aggregation of producer quantities and user quantities. The certification of source, quality and quantity is raised by ALENSYS AG or by independent and licensed appraiser commissioned and coordinated on our part.
