Use and storage of personal information

Website

No direct personal data is currently collected or stored on our website. Only the web servers that are run by the web hosting provider automatically create access logs (see Server log files section). These are used by the provider for troubleshooting server problems and for the general statistical evaluation of web traffic.
We do not use this information, and in case we will, then only through the provider's access analysis tool, to view the general traffic of our website.

Business Services

Apart from this website, we collect personal data from our customers as part of our daily services:
• Names of the contact persons
• Contact details (Tel., Fax, Email, Skype, etc.)
• Company address
• Position of the person in the company
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the fulfillment of the requested service. As a rule, we have a written authorization from the customer filled out for inquiries to equipment suppliers. However, such a power of attorney is usually only an additional safeguard for us in order to get reliable offers from new suppliers as well. It is not a prerequisite for passing on your customer and project data to corresponding suppliers within the scope of the inquiry.
On request, we will jointly write a confidentiality agreement to ensure additional protection of your data, which but pertains less personal data than the project data.

Your inquiries and data are stored on our internal data server and archived only as long as the project or warrantee related obligations require it. If there is no order, your stored data will be deleted latest after 3 years.

Job applications

The controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. The processing can also be done electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a web form available on the website. If the controller concludes a contract of employment with an applicant, the data transmitted will be stored for the purposes of the employment relationship in accordance with the law. If no employment contract is concluded with the candidate by the controller, the application documents will be routinely deleted two months after the announcement of the rejection decision, unless deletion precludes other legitimate interests of the controller. Other legitimate interest in this sense, for example, a burden of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Only with your express consent some processes of data processing are possible. A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. For the revocation an informal message by e-mail is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to complain to the competent authority
